What Does a Home Watch Visit Include?
Each Home Watch visit includes a structured visual assessment of your property, tailored to your selected service plan. Depending on the agreed scope, visits may include checking accessible interior and exterior areas for visible signs of water intrusion, heating concerns, damage, unauthorized entry, wildlife activity, and other unusual conditions.
Following each visit, you'll receive a documented report with photographs and observations. If significant concerns are identified, we'll contact you promptly to discuss appropriate next steps.
Home Watch Plans Tailored to Your Property
Whether you're away for a few weeks or an entire season, Solace offers flexible Home Watch options tailored to your property and monitoring requirements.
Essential Visit
A one-time property visit, scheduled as needed, including visual observations and a photographic report.
Regular Watch
Two scheduled property visits per month, with documentation and reporting. Three-month minimum commitment.
Weekly Watch
One scheduled property visit per week, providing consistent monitoring throughout your absence. Three-month minimum commitment.
All-In Weekly
Our most comprehensive package, including weekly visits, weather monitoring, and one qualifying post-storm visit during a four-month contract term.
Additional visits and emergency response services may be arranged, subject to availability, applicable charges and the service agreement.
